Mr. Ravi Doshi brings more than 28 years of rich experience in the banking, financial services, and consumer finance sectors. Having held leadership positions across renowned financial institutions, he possesses significant expertise in business leadership, sales, product development, marketing communications, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Ravi has led key business functions, overseen large-scale operations, and played an instrumental role in driving digital consumer finance strategies. His extensive experience with institutions such as Bank of Baroda, Reliance Financial, Reliance Securities, ICICI Bank, and ICICI Capital reflects his deep industry knowledge and strong capability to lead business growth and strategic transformation. Ravi previously served as the Director & Chief Executive Officer of Mirae Asset Sharekhan Financial Services Limited. With his proven leadership experience and strategic vision, he currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mirae Asset Financial Services (India), driving the Company's growth and long-term business objectives.

Mr. Sung Ho Ahn is a seasoned investment management professional with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience across business strategy, finance, and private equity within the Mirae Asset Group. He currently serves as Managing Director of Mirae Asset Financial Services (MAFS), where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, business growth, and overall operations. Prior to this, he served as Chief Business Officer and Director at Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) Pvt. Ltd., overseeing internal operations, HR, finance, and strategic business initiatives while coordinating with global offices. He has also held several key leadership roles within Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. Ltd. (South Korea), including Head of Private Equity Fund Division and Chief Finance Officer, along with managing teams across Strategy & Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Finance. He brings strong expertise in financial reporting, investment analysis, M&A, project financing, and strategic planning across both domestic and international markets.

Mr. Woo Jin Lee is a seasoned financial services executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience across investment development, alternative investments, and business innovation within the Mirae Asset group. Proven expertise in spearheading strategic investment initiatives, managing high-performing teams, and driving organizational transformation. Strong background in alternative assets, investment development, and business strategy. He is a Certified Investment Manager accredited by the Korea Financial Investment Association and a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Kim is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 20 years of international experience in global business management, investment strategy, and financial leadership. He currently serves as Head of Global Business Management at Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd., overseeing global operations across 11 countries. He has held key leadership roles in global investments and finance across London, New York, and Los Angeles, and holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Economics and Psychology from Seoul National University.

Mr. Sumeet is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and financial planning. He has held key roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, L&T Financial Services, and Toyota Financial Services. Currently, as Head of Finance at Mirae Asset Sharekhan, he oversees financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and budgeting, and has served as CFO for both Sharekhan Limited and its NBFC business, driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence.

Mr. Sanjeev has a rich background in Investment Banking, Corporate, Mid-market, SME Banking, and Consulting spanning over three decades. Sanjeev has navigated large bank balance sheets totalling USD 12 billion and also orchestrated successful structured transactions, ensuring revenue generation exceeding USD 300 million. Sanjeev serves as an independent director of Mirae Asset Financial Services (India).

Mr. Yogesh Chadha is a Chartered Accountant with 34 years of extensive professional experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in the financial service industry. He has successfully lead teams through existing and business start- ups, turnarounds and global strategic alliances. He has obtained valuable experience in banks like Riyadh Investment Company, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, DCB Bank, etc., in senior CXO positions both in India and abroad. Mr. Chadha actively advises companies on a critical path on Strategic Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, etc. Yogesh serves as an independent director of Mirae Asset Financial Services (India).
